# Workplace Chat

The Workplace Chat channel offers more or less the same features and limitations as the [Messenger](https://docs.csml.dev/studio/channels/messenger) channel, as they are built on top of the same platform. However, there are some key differences, in how they are installed, configured and what specific features and limitations they offer.
